Consult with Brian MacKenzie

Get one-on-one coaching with SH//FT Founder and health & human performance specialist Brian Mackenzie.

Fundamentally, we all understand consistency is the most significant catalyst in growth with change. This process asks you to be invested in yourself at a level of development that I know breeds this change.

The starting point for consultation consideration is a 1-month process that may involve at least four calls or in-person sessions, follow-ups, and a program design for developing a practice that you have access to. This is a stress evaluation for lifestyle, physical training (strength & conditioning, and anything related to performance or exercise), and health and wellness space by using breathing and what I have developed through research and experience. If you have had blood work done in the last three months, we recommend including this in the evaluation process to serve your biochemistry best. I can integrate with doctors and existing coaching & training staff if needed, and I work directly with biochemists to optimize and individualize your program, beginning with where you are. This is inclusive of the pricing (there are no extra fees). We can send you a list of blood labs and, if necessary, a requisition that you can share with your medical physician.

In 25 years, I have learned that this is not simply providing the client with a protocol or solution; it is guiding them to understand why, how, where, and when to apply what I have spent a career understanding in this space. This is an art that helps me as a practitioner understand your behavior so that you can remove what is getting in the way, allow for growth, and subsequently gives us the ability to create new experiences that aid in developing a practice for fundamental changes.

The consult can include the following:

  1. minimum one session per week with follow-ups for four weeks (up to 6)
    • phone, video chat, in-person if in the same area
  2. program design based on evaluation - this can include the following
    • breath practice (as a stand-alone; individualized)
    • breathing gears system integration into a physical training program
    • environmental exposure training development
      • heat (sauna, steam, etc.)
      • cold (water, etc.)
    • lifestyle integration to stressors (physical & emotional)
    • strength & conditioning, endurance, exercise program assessment & design
    • skill development for performance with breath
      • professional sports
      • public speaking
      • acting/arts
      • musicians etc.
