Start where we are in the program; the current day or the current training cycle. The program is designed so that you can jump in at any time.
We can’t recommend enough, spending some time familiarizing yourself with the website. Especially the daily training and FAQ’s section. How we do things is likely very different to what you’re used to. It can be overwhelming when faced with a lot of change. We get it. We’ve been there. Join the member only Facebook group and don’t hesitate to ask questions either there, on the daily training comments or via email.
