Develop sustainable endurance and efficiency from Brian MacKenzie's work in Unbreakable Runner
- 24 week progression
- 6 week increments from Unbreakable Runner Program
- purposely not strictly regulated to running and instead uses time
- you have the option of running, rowing, biking, etc.
SHIFT Learning Center
Provides direct access to our vast network of subject matter experts on topics such as exercise and athletic performance, breathwork, stress, and much more.
