DO I NEED TO FOLLOW THE FULL GHP PROGRAM OR CAN I USE JUST PARTIAL?
You absolutely do not need to follow the full GHP Program. We have designed it so that you can use the pieces that you want and need to add into your current training.
+ If you are already going to a gym class for S+C and just want to follow the Aerobic Efficiency programming, go for it
+ If you are on a team and need to follow the Sport training of your team but want to supplement with S+C to stay on top, that’s a damn good idea.
+ If you are tight on time and can’t do the whole program everyday, no worries. Do what you can, when you can.
