The groundbreaking Art of Breath Seminar will be presented publicly for the first time in two years! Presented by Co-Founders Brian Mackenzie and Rob Wilson, the AoB Seminar will cover principles and application of science-based breathwork to improve performance.
The addition of the new Performance Lab will provide attendees with a full day of practical experience implementing breath control strategies in real-time. We’ll cover training and event preparation and arousal control, both general and intra-event recovery, tools and techniques for performance-related anxiety, and more.
There will also be an introduction to our one-of-a-kind approach to real-time stress and energy system management, the Breathing Gear System.
