What you will learn: How to effectively learn and understand how breathing impacts our movement, the body’s chemistry, and ultimately our behavior in a physical environment. This is ultimately the simplest, most fundamental way to learn how to develop and train stress tolerance and health.
Plan on arriving by 7:30am so you can find parking and sign in as we start at 8:00am

Noon Lunch, (45 min) While we encourage you to bring a packed lunch, there are dozens of excellent food choices all within a mile+ of Crossfit LA.
12:45 – 1:45 Physiology (Energy & Chemistry) of Breath & Work w/ Application part 2
2:00 – 4:00+ Behavior (Biological Drivers & State) & Breathing w/ Applications
4:00 – 5:00 is for you to ask Brian questions on everything presented. This is always a highlight, and we strongly encourage you to stay for it.
