This course is great. It assumes that you are already aware of the theory behind the need to build CO2 tolerance and lung capacity and gives you a really comprehensive program to develop both. It’s laid out really clearly, with a phased approach that breaks it down into manageable steps, and videos that demonstrate each exercise briefly but clearly so it doesn’t take a lot of time to get up and running with it. It can be hard to know how to structure a practice when you discover you need to improve your breathing, and this course lays it all out for you. Most of the courses I’ve come across in this price range only cover building CO2 tolerance or lung capacity, it’s just awesome that this gives you the steps to both in such a clear way. And the proof is the pudding – it’s great to see my fitness/breath efficiency improving. :0)
