She is a trauma-informed breath coach, holistic health coach, biofeedback specialist, yogi, and creator of “Neuro Nidra” which infuses modern neuroplasticity principles in the ancient study of Yoga Nidra, which means “Enlightened Sleep”. She supports athletes, combat-veterans, first responders and active military, and everyday people looking for advanced tools to pattern healthy responses to life’s uncertainty.
You do not need to have ANY kind of meditation, yoga, or breathwork training to benefit from this workshop. Wear clothes you can breathe easily in, a layer for passive guided practice, a pillow for under the knees if your back is cranky, and a notebook.
