8:00 – 10:00 Reading your Window of Tolerance through the body, brain, breath, and belly
10:00 – 12:00 – Regulate State part 1: breath elements and basic inquiries
Noon Lunch, (45 min) While we encourage you to bring a packed lunch, there are dozens of excellent food choices all within a mile+ of Crossfit LA.
12:45 – 1:45 Regulate State part 2: In-depth insights on panic, energy demands, and deep nervous system resets
2:00 – 4:00 Reinforce State – The power of patterns and how to own your practice for life. Concluding with Emily leading you through a profoundly relaxing Neuro Nidra session, blending Yoga Nidra with principles from neuroscience.
4:00 – 5:00 is for you to ask Emily questions on everything presented. This is always a highlight, and we strongly encourage you to stay for it.
