Episode 11

In episode 11, we kick things off with exercise addiction and identity.  Also, discussed are the dichotomy between monks and hard-driving CEOs and problems at both extremes.

Brian and I continue on with talking about personal responsibility and the centrality of self-regulation in all aspects of compulsive behavior.  From there we jump across to the double-edged blade of discipline and how beholden we can get to patterns. We cash things out with a whole flip to Netflix’s Altered Carbon.

Enjoy the show!  We sincerely hope you hear something that shifts your perspective.
