Defective/Damaged Item Return Policy*
In the event that an item purchased from shiftadapt.com is defective, we will exchange the product within 20-days of shipment date, under the manufacturer's warranty for a copy of the same item, provided the item is still currently available in our regular inventory. If the item is no longer available, you may qualify for a full refund of the purchase order.
Non-defective "Specialty" return/exchange/refund policies (DOMESTIC ONLY)
Only sealed, unopened items will be accepted for refund within 10-days of purchase. Items must be in a "brand new" condition in order for us to issue a refund. Any item(s) not meeting these conditions will be may be returned at the customer's expense, and no credit or refund will be issued. Refunds will not be issued for shipping costs/charges on orders and you may be charged additionally for shipping costs on exchanges. A copy of your original purchase receipt is required, without exception. If additional costs or fees are required to process items in this category, Power Speed Endurance reserves the right to hold items at our warehouse for pick up until balance is paid. International orders do not qualify for specialty exchanges/returns
This policy is not intended to confer, and does not confer, any rights or remedies. A 3% merchant service fee will be applied against the refund for all orders returned or refunded. This category also applies to any electronic transactions that are done though shiftadapt.com, such as seminars, coaching, camps, etc.
ALL Returned items must be in their original packaging. Enclose with each returned item the following information:
- Your name, address and telephone number.
- A copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.
- The reason why you are returning the item.
When returning items to us, use sturdy packaging that will prevent damage to the item(s). It is strongly suggested that items be returned via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.

Participant cancellation, test or fee refund, or failure to appear
Sh//ft does not accommodate requests for refunds or transfers for camps or programming. Under extreme circumstances cancellations by the registered participant may be accepted and refunds or transfers accommodated. Registrants who do not attend the camp or accept programming that do not request an approved refund beforehand forfeit all fees. If a registrant has missed the camp or cannot accept programming due to emergency or hardship they may contact . Approvals for refunds and transfers will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Some items purchased through Shiftadapt.com will be shipped by either a third-party, or directly from the manufacture. No billing information is ever given to these parties. In the case that your order was shipped by a third party, your order may not include a tracking number. All questions about your order should be sent directly to email@example.com
Most packages ship within 1-2 business days and are based on specific shipping days and availability. If you placed an order, and one or more of the items in the invoice was set to "out of stock", or "backordered", your entire order may delayed.
International Shipping & Customs:
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to know and gather information about the laws and regulations of the country in which the package/parcel is being shipped to, in terms of what can and cannot be shipped to that country. The Shiftadapt.com Store is not responsible for any tariffs or customs regulations. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any packages that have been blocked, delayed, detained, or lost by international customs departments or international postal services.
All international shipping addresses must contain the following: Street address, City, State/Province, Postal Code and Country. Any address not containing this information in the order form will be subject to cancellation.
