Call us old school but we still like the good ‘ol pen and paper training journal or a clean spreadsheet.
We realize the need to evolve with the plugged in fitness environment and the value of connecting data to feeling, so we are working on converting the next evolution of GHP to a mobile platform with all the bells and whistles…stay tuned!
