SH//FT represents the culmination of our journey into better understanding the deepest layers of human stress physiology and how connecting to deep layers of the body gives you the reigns over how you think, feel, and perform. SH//FT is about looking for the opportunity in challenge, embracing change, and learning. The gap you see in our logo is the space where you can take responsibility for your own journey, our job is to guide you there.
SH//FT provides education around stress and tools to manage stress including but not limited to daily training, breathwork and heat/cold exposure.
