Yes! Our content is designed to meet you where you are. It is layered to help beginners learn the essentials, for professionals to reclaim those in a field where we find a lot of gaps in what is being taught, and for more advanced students to take their knowledge and practices to the next level.
Do you offer professional training and CEU credit for your courses?
Currently Emily's courses offer Yoga Alliance accreditation. We no longer use NSCA as a governing body for our other content. We are developing a certification process that we will self-govern for coaches, therapists, and professionals to be able to teach our content. Until that time our content is only for personal use. If you'd like YA credit for the Skill of Stress or other emerging training with Emily please email info@shiftadapt.com
How long can I access these courses?
You'll have access to long-form online course like the Art of Breath and Skill of Stress with us for 90 days. Downloadable/printable workbooks come with the course to capture your process and revisit your notes and content. SH//FT Health comes with access for a full year. Our webinars are yours as long as we have our platform running.
Where can I find courses I've purchased?
You can find your purchased courses under All Access & Courses in the mobile app and on desktop. We recommend using the desktop version for viewing the workbooks and course lessons, but you will have quick access to those materials in the app. Peruse My Resources in the app portal for quick references to posters and content from your courses. You can also explore My Stuff on the website to see your other products and purchases.
