The Breathing Gears System™
Understand the principles of breath work and how breathing affects our mental state, movement, and physiology. You will gain confidence in applying breath work to elicit adaptions and changes to suit your needs by learning The Breathing Gears System™. Get real-time practice in a training environment, and learn fundamental tools for better adapting to stress. In addition, you will learn how to develop adaptability metrics and use them with movement + mobility interventions to improve lung capacity and recoverability.
The Art of Breath is a 1-day seminar to understand how breathing affects performance and how you can learn to use it to take better advantage of what you are training for or how to apply it in coaching.
This course covers three main topics how breathing impacts or is impacted by 1) Movement, 2) Physiology, 3) The Mind, and how to use The Breathing Gears System (TM) to develop better performance, breathing habits, and ultimately better health.

Skill of Stress
Created from decades of supporting high performers who experience high states of stress and trauma, this program will teach you how to condition your nervous system for healthy patterns of response to stress of any kind.
The approach trains you to READ your reactions to a range of stressful situations and understand them without layering associations, fixation, and meaning-making of your stress. Using approachable, science-based principles from Pranayama Breathing, Somatic reflexes, Neuro Nidra™ and thought work learn to REGULATE not only your state but also your perception and behavior. This includes expanding the upper edge of your tolerance to high states of stress as well as building reserves through deep reset practices. Then REINFORCE balance, stability, and capacity through clear practices and titration of specific personal triggers.
This program is for anyone willing to train a tangible approach for creating self-agency, deep trust with the body, brain, and breath, and a wider capacity for experiencing stress as the evolutionary pressure necessary for self-realization and high functioning in modern life.

What's the difference between AOB and SOS?
Art of Breath trains you to apply breath and the Breathing Gear System™ in a physical training environment to improve tangible outcomes in performance such as metabolic efficiency, movement mechanics, and mindset. Skill of Stress trains you to intentionally carve desired associations and response patterns to stress using pranayama yoga breath principles, somatic reflexes, and mindset skills for anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and performance.
