What's the difference between AOB and SOS?
Art of Breath trains you to apply breath and the Breathing Gear Systemâ„¢ in a physical training environment to improve tangible outcomes in performance such as metabolic efficiency, movement mechanics, and mindset. Skill of Stress trains you to intentionally carve desired associations and response patterns to stress using pranayama yoga breath principles, somatic reflexes, and mindset skills for anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and performance.
