What's the difference between our Live Events?
Art of Breath trains you to apply breath and the Breathing Gear System™ in a physical training environment to improve tangible outcomes in performance such as metabolic efficiency, movement mechanics, and mindset.
Skill of Stress trains you to intentionally carve desired associations and response patterns to stress using pranayama yoga breath principles, somatic reflexes, Neuro Nidra™ and mindset skills for anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and performance.
N = 1 Experience is a 3-day immersion that expands your resilience and capacity with principles from both Art of Breath and Skill of Stress woven into creative, unexpected, supported, experiential stress tolerance activities. Learn through a combination of lecture and 'experiments' where you are the only sample size, "N=1", that matters. We use tools like cold and heat immersion, physical training for all levels, breath experiments, group dynamic work, live exposure to undomesticated wildlife, and mindset challenges. Each N = 1 Experience is unique based on location.
