My health has shifted in the way that my awareness of who I am is deeper. So I now can create more opportunities to make better decisions and behave in a way that is more connected with who I am and who I want to be.
And furthermore giving me a even better understanding of practicing this awareness.
I thought I had a good understanding of myself and my health but found out that I just started peeling the onion.
This is deep work. It’s not easy, but worth it. And if you are willing and curious, there are tremendous things for you in this course.
The playing field (life) is there, and in this course, you learn how to play the game at the level that is true to you.
Real, embodied shifts in thought, belief, and behavior which have, in turn shifted relationship dynamics, starting with my relationship to myself and paying forward into other external relationships.
The thing that I am carrying with me after this program is a sense of self-worth and the ability to trust myself. I am enjoying how much more ease is unfolding in my life being able to stay in my own lane.

All four module calls are interactive, workshop format Livestream via Zoom for your group. We work with your team to pace the program and schedule the workshops at optimal times for you. Between these calls, you’ll have a content-rich curriculum with journal exercises and experiments to explore the material through your own physiology. You'll explore effects of different breathing exercises, movement challenges, cold exposure, and more personal content like setting healthy boundaries using your own physiology as your guide for what's right for you.
